What this policy covers

This policy explains what information AgenticWebOps collects when you use this website and the Agentic Readiness Scanner, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

Information we collect

Scan data: when you run a scan, we process the URL you submit and the publicly available responses from that website (HTML, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, HTTP headers). Scan results may be stored so reports can be shown and, for account holders, saved to scan history.

Account data: if you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself), plus your scan history and trial status.

Contact messages: if you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, and message so we can reply.

Technical basics: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard request logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to serve and secure the site.

What we use it for

To run scans and show you reports; to operate your account and dashboard; to respond to your messages; and to keep the service secure and improve how the scanner works.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly ask for it.

Third-party services

PageSpeed data comes from Google's PageSpeed Insights and Chrome UX Report APIs — the URL you scan is sent to Google to retrieve performance data, subject to Google's privacy policy.

The site is hosted on Vercel and data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon. Both act as processors for the data described above.

Data retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and its data, email us and we will remove it within 30 days. Anonymous preview-scan results may be retained in aggregate to improve the scanner.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie: an httpOnly session cookie that keeps you logged in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

Scanning other people's websites

The scanner reads only publicly accessible resources, identifies itself in its user-agent string, respects reasonable rate limits, and does not attempt to bypass authentication. If you operate a website and want it excluded from scanning, contact us.
